What Data Do I Need to Share for a smartscan?

None required for an exploratory conversation. If you would like to run a technical smartscan on your system, we will first clarify the access method, scope, and NDA. No real personal data leaves your system: the scan runs on your SAP system, and paricon sees only the aggregated profile results.

Q: How quickly will we hear from you?

Within one business day. Requests received on business days before 4 pm are typically answered the same day. Messages received in the evening or over the weekend will be followed up by our team on the next business day.

Q: Do I need prior SAP knowledge for a consultation?

No. We adapt to your level of knowledge. If you come from a business department, we explain the SAP-technical aspects in plain terms. If you come from IT, we go straight into the detail. Materials are optional. If you already have a project description, an RFP, a system overview or a requirements list, feel free to attach it – it lets us prepare for the call and get to the point faster. No documents works just as well.
